Your first listing in about 10 minutes

No design skills needed. Do it on your phone while you walk the unit.

   Create your first plan

   • Sign up, confirm your email, and tap “+ New floor plan” on your dashboard.
   • Rename it to your listing name by tapping the title at the top.

   Measure (optional)

   • On an Android phone with Chrome, open “Measure a room”, point at the floor and tap each corner.
   • On iPhone, use a tape measure — you'll type nothing, just draw to the grid (each square is 50 cm).

   Draw the walls

   • Choose Walls, then tap corner to corner. Lengths appear as you go.
   • Tap the first corner again to close a room. Made a mistake? Undo.

   Name rooms and add furniture

   • Choose Label and tap inside each room to name it (Bedroom, Bathroom…).
   • Tap or drag furniture from the panel. Use Move to drag, Rotate to turn, Delete to remove.

   Extra floors and odd shapes

   • Tap “+ Floor” for a loft or upstairs. Tap a floor's name to switch; rename it in the box beside it.
   • Use Shape to outline balconies, kitchen islands, columns or terraces.

   Cleaning notes for your cleaner

   • Tap “Suggest cleaning notes” and StaySketch drafts instructions from your rooms and furniture. Edit, accept or reject each one — nothing is added until you accept.
   • Or add your own with Cleaning note and tap where it applies.

   Guest info and paths

   • Guest info pins mark things like the Wi-Fi code or breaker box.
   • Guest path draws a dotted route, e.g. from the front door to the lockbox.

   Export, 3D and share

   • Export → choose Full plan, Cleaner copy or Guest copy. Add your logo once and it's saved.
   • 3D shows an orbitable model — great for checking layouts.
   • Share → download 3:2 listing images for Airbnb/Vrbo/Booking.com, create a view-only link for guests, or invite a co-host or cleaner by email.

   Stage a listing photo

   • “Stage a room” → take or upload a photo of an empty room, add furniture, drag/resize/flip, then download.

Common questions

What happens after my 7-day trial?

Your plans stay safe and viewable. To keep editing, subscribe for $9/month from Plan & billing. Cancel any time.

Can my cleaner see my plan without paying?

Yes. Invite them by email as a viewer, or send a share link. Share links only show guest info, never cleaning notes.

Does live AR work on iPhone?

Not yet — iPhone browsers don't support it. Photo staging works on every phone.

Can I use StaySketch on desktop?

Yes, everything works in any modern browser. Plans sync instantly between devices and teammates.
