How do I draw my first floor plan?
From your dashboard tap “+ New floor plan”, choose Walls, then tap each corner of a room. Tap the first corner again to close it. Walls snap to 25 cm so lines stay straight.
How do I add furniture and room names?
Drag a furniture icon onto the plan, or tap it to drop it in the middle. Use the Label tool to name rooms. Tap any item to rotate or delete it.
How do I install the app on my phone?
You don't need an app store. Open staysketch.com on your phone and add it to your home screen — iPhone: Share (⬆︎) → Add to Home Screen in Safari; Android: ⋮ menu → Add to Home screen in Chrome. Full steps are on our install page.See install steps
Does live AR work on my iPhone?
Live camera AR currently works in Chrome on Android phones. On iPhone, use Photo staging: take or upload a room photo and place furniture on it. It works on every phone.
How do I give my cleaner instructions?
Add Cleaning pins on the plan (or let “Suggest cleaning notes” draft them for you), then Export → Cleaner copy. They get a clean image with a numbered checklist.
How do I put my plan on Airbnb or Vrbo?
Open Share → download the listing image (sized for booking sites) and upload it to your listing photos. You can also copy a view-only link to send to guests.
Can my co-host or team edit plans?
Yes. Open Share on a plan and invite them by email as an editor or viewer. They see it under “Shared with me” once they sign in with that email.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Your plans stay safe and viewable. To keep editing, subscribe for $9/month from the Plan page. You can cancel any time from the same page.
How do I cancel or change my card?
Go to Plan → “Manage billing, card or cancel”. Changes take effect straight away and you keep access until the end of the paid month.
I forgot my password.
On the log-in page tap “Forgot password?”, enter your email and follow the link we send you to choose a new one.
